Open roles
Work shoulder to shoulder with hotel and casino teams to run operations assessments, implement Lean improvements, and stay until the results stick. Ideal: 8+ years in hotel/casino operations leadership; Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
Help our partner hotels implement and refine yield systems that convert guest loyalty into rate. Ideal: hands-on RMS experience, CHIA certification a plus, and the patience to teach systems people will actually keep using.
